Payment

Cash, Charge or PayPal.  You do not have to be a PayPal member to use PayPal. It is a secure online method of making a purchase. No checks accepted. I also can process credit cards via phone using AuthorizeNet, a secure computer-based transaction service. Gross receipts tax (sales tax) charged on all New Mexico purchases and items shipped to addresses in New Mexico.

Return Policy

I strive for satisfaction and beyond, when a client purchases my artwork. However, I realize that some circumstances can arise when a client might wish to return an item.

For purchases made online, I will accept return of artwork within 2 weeks after purchase, provided the buyer pays for the shipping and insurance to ensure the safe return of the artwork. If the returned artwork arrives damaged, it is up to the buyer to handle the refund from the transport company.

If purchases are made directly from me at a show or at my studio, those sales are final. However, I will make exceptions if I have a buyer for the item that you want to return.

Repairs

If an item is damaged and needs to be repaired, please contact me so we can discuss the specific circumstances. I will charge for most repairs. In the case of jewelry, I make every effort to ensure that each piece of jewelry is created with high-quality materials. I cannot be responsible for jewelry that is worn swimming, bathing or involved in extreme activities (including bungee jumping and hang gliding.)

All stones used in jewelry are natural and, therefore “imperfect,” and are not uniformly shaped or colored.

Pricing

All prices are subject to change.  Sculpture prices are likely to increase as a given edition starts to sell out

Any items shown on my website that are seen in galleries will be sold at a higher price to include the gallery commission.
