Personal growth is a lifetime process. The elements in this necklace reinforce the importance of savoring each step, each achievement as you reach for the stars.

This is a “no-holds-barred” necklace which features a turquoise Corn Maiden pendant with inlays. This pendant the work of Zuni artist, Sandra Quandelacy.

Among Pueblo Indians, corn symbolizes life. The Corn Maiden brings the power of life to the people. The Turquoise in the pendant and the six additional turquoise beads are about speaking one’s truth.  You are here on this planet to be who you are… speak your truth, not what others want to hear.

The other stones in this necklace are the black Onyx, gold-orange Sunstone, and silver-gray Labradorite.

The black Onyx is a stone of inner and physical strength. It helps focus one’s energy

Sunstone is about personal power and abundance and awakening to the wonderful possibilities ahead.

Labradorite, which can flash different colors depending on the light, is about magic.

I have added some very special sterling silver box-shaped beads. They are some of the last in my inventory as they are no longer available.
